Google Drive for Zoho Crm

An Overview

We have developed an extension to add, delete and upload files instantly to Google Drive within Zoho Crm:​

Installation Steps:

Following are the steps to install extension for Google Drive

Install the extension by visiting Google Drive Marketplace
Open the installed "Google Drive for Zoho Crm" extension, you will get two options-
I have agreed to the terms of services
I authorize Google Drive for Zoho CRM by CODERACK to access and process my data as required.
Then click on “Continue.”
Choose to which users you want to install the extension.
​1. Install for admin Only
​2. Install for all users
​3. Choose profiles
Click on Confirm
After confirm, Extension will be installed, then new pop up will open.

If you skip this step, you can later authorize from Settings > Setup > Marketplace > Installed. In Google Drive extension details page, you can click Authorize.
On clicking authorize, in pop-up, specify your Google Drive account credentials and Click Signin
Grant access to Zoho crm tp sync with Google Drive, so that you can upload and share files inside your Crm to your Google Drive account.
After skipping or authorize, a pop-up will open.
Create a new Base folder in Google Drive. Copy and Paste Base Folder Id into the Base Folder Column.
"​Do not enter any values into the remaining columns." 
Then click Save and you are all Set.

Some of the Features

  • Currently this extension support for Standard Module i.e. Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals

  • Upload files directly from Crm to Google Drive without need to open Google Drive with button and single click.

  • Create folder, View, add, and delete uploaded files directly from Crm.

  • You can click on “Google Drive” Button in Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals detail page view to upload files and create folders manually in Google Drive.

  • Folder will be created with respective name of Record holder in which Module it is created.
