Implementation Approach

For the implementation, we developed a custom manufacturing application using Zoho Creator tailored to Rajbioplast’s specific processes and requirements. We ensured that all forms and reports within the application were interlinked to facilitate seamless data flow. To enhance functionality, we integrated the inventory system with Zoho Creator, enabling synchronization between final products and inventory items, and allowing for the creation of sales orders. Additionally, we designed a widget for comparing records as requested and set up Zoho Books and other relevant applications according to the client's specifications.

    The implementation resulted in a fully integrated manufacturing application tailored to Rajbioplast's needs, which is also accessible via mobile devices. The custom Zoho Creator app streamlined their production process, with all forms and reports effectively linked for seamless data management. Integration with the inventory system ensured that final products were synchronized with inventory items, enabling efficient sales order creation. The comparison records widget, designed for administrative use, allowed the admin to differentiate between multiple formulations for enhanced analysis. The mobile accessibility of the application enabled Rajbioplast to manage their manufacturing workflow, cost management, and stock handling on the go, leading to a more organized and efficient operation.
