  • Shopify order integration was achieved using custom functions, creating customers and corresponding invoices in Zoho CRM whenever a purchase was made.
  • Separate custom functions were created to capture signups for virtual fitness challenges, automatically creating customer and challenge records in CRM.
  • Automated communication workflows were configured to send activity reminders based on the frequency of the fitness challenge enrolled.
  • Zoho Forms was used to allow customers to submit daily activity updates for their challenges, enabling progress tracking.
  • WATI WhatsApp API was integrated to trigger automated WhatsApp templates at key touchpoints in the customer and challenge journey.
