- Coderack started with the creation of email IDs on Zoho and migrated the old data from G Suite that the client was using earlier.
- Zoho CRM was then configured according to their workflow, and the existing lead and customer data previously managed in Excel sheets was migrated into CRM.
- Zoho Social was configured with their social media channels and Facebook lead ads account. Lead forms were integrated with Zoho CRM to capture leads coming from social advertisements automatically.
- Zoho Meeting was configured and integrated with Zoho CRM so that counselling sessions could be scheduled directly from within CRM.
- Zoho Books was set up and integrated with Zoho CRM to allow invoice creation for courses directly from CRM.
- Zoho Subscriptions was configured to manage weekly, monthly, and half-yearly fertility courses and track renewals effectively.

- After the implementation, the Zoho platform made business management much easier by bringing everything under one roof. Fertility Dost is now able to manage all leads and customers efficiently without missing follow-ups or subscription renewals.
